Terms And Conditions For Security Management

Period of Contract: The period of contract shall be minimum for a period of one year on mutual agreement between the company and the agency.
Working Hours: The normal duty hour of the security personnel is 8 hours. However, 12 hourly shift is also arranged depending upon the specific requirement of the client.
Reliever / Relieving Charges: As per statutory rule, reliever for weekly off or compensation in lieu of weekly off is required to be paid to our personnel.
Personnel: All personnel deputed at your premises shall be well trained and educated in various facets of security, fire fighting and first aid. They will be punctual on duty and with proper discipline. They shall be in proper uniform from head wear to footwear.
Recruitment and Training: Stringent parameters as per private security agency regulation Act are adopted by us for recruitment of security personnel. We have qualified ex-defence personnel to impart training to our security personnel in security, fine fighting and first aid.
Renewal / Termination of Contract: A letter of renewal is required from the client at least 15 days prior to the expiry of the existing contract period. However, either party can terminate the contract by giving one month's notice or compensation in lieu thereof.
Re-employment: You shall not employ our security personnel for a period of six months from the date of termination of our contract.
Duties & Responsibilities

Guard the entry / exit gates whole premises.
Screening of visitors.
Checking of Vehicles.
Maintenance of inward / outward records of men and materials.
Control of common electric fittings inside the compound.
Checking of goods loaded/unloaded.
Maintenance of daily log book.
Surveillance against theft and sabotage.
Periodical checking of fire fighting appliances.

The above rates are stipulated by the Security Guard Board for Greater Aurangabad District inclusive of statutory requirements such as P.P. ESIC. Bonus, Leave etc.Given an opportunity, we shall make our all sincere endeavours to provide you efficient effective and result oriented services.
